Shadow Lake Towne Center had a vacancy challenge when ACCESS Commercial took over the leasing in Q1 2019. Since ACCESS has taken over leasing, ACCESS has signed 16 leases and has helped the Shopping Center return to prominence in the Omaha MSA. Shadow Lake now sees over 4.2 million annual visits.

Shadow Lake Towne Center is a 654,666 square-foot regional shopping center located at the southwest corner of 72nd Street and Highway 370 in the Omaha suburb of Papillion, Nebraska, approximately ten miles from downtown Omaha. Originally built in 2007, the property features Dick’s Sporting Goods, JC Penney, ULTA, Best Buy, PetSmart, Old Navy, and other national and regional tenants.
