Spencer acquired his first two college rental properties by Memorial Stadium in Lincoln while still a junior in college himself – and has managed property ever since. Spencer majored in Real Estate at UNO studying under Dr. Roger Sindt and a number of knowledgeable adjunct professors from the Douglas County Assessor to the Douglas County Prosecutor to the President of a Real Estate Management Company. After college, in addition to management, he also gained experience in commercial mortgage underwriting & servicing, transacted over $100M in commercial brokerage & leasing deals, and worked as a real estate developer on a contract basis as part of a mixed-use redevelopment project in Manhattan, KS. This wide range of real estate experience and knowledge enables Spencer to understand his client’s needs, as well as understanding the tenant’s needs.

Spencer lives in Gretna, Nebraska and enjoys spending time with his four children who play baseball and do gymnastics.
